Terms of service

Introduction

The website ayloconcept.com (the "Website") is the online store of PFI EE, a Greek Private Company trading under the brand name aylo concept, with registered offices at Kifisodotou 11, 11852, Athens, Greece, email aylo.concept@outlook.com) (the "Company"). The Website operates legally and is the channel through which the Company offers women's apparel and accessories for sale.

These Terms of Use, together with the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy, set out the conditions under which you — as a user, visitor, or customer — browse the Website, use its content, and enter into distance sales contracts with the Company.

By browsing the Website, placing an order, subscribing to the newsletter, or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the Website.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Updates take effect from the moment they are posted on the Website. The applicable Terms for any given order are those in force at the moment the order is placed.

A. Use of the Website

By using the Website, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  2. You will use the Website only for lawful purposes and to make legitimate inquiries or orders.
  3. You will not place false or fraudulent orders, and you accept that the Company reserves the right to cancel any order it reasonably suspects of being fraudulent and to inform the relevant authorities.
  4. The personal information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorised to provide it.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

B. Personal Data

To process your order or register a user account, the Company collects personal information including your name, shipping and billing address, email address, telephone number, and — where applicable — payment details processed through certified payment providers.

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy and complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Greek Law 4624/2019, and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. The Company does not sell your personal data to third parties and shares it only with carefully selected partners (couriers, payment providers, IT service providers) to the extent necessary to fulfil your order.

For full details on how your data is collected, used, stored, and protected, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

C. Products

The products available for sale, their descriptions, prices, and availability are displayed on the Website. The Company has made every reasonable effort to depict products accurately, but colours and textures may vary slightly depending on your device's screen and settings. The Company cannot guarantee that the colour you see on screen will match the actual product exactly.

Aylo concept pieces are produced in limited quantities or as part of small drops. Stock is updated regularly but is not always immediate; the Company reserves the right to amend product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice. Any price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

D. Orders and Contract Formation

The display of products on the Website does not constitute a binding offer of sale, but an invitation to treat. Placing an order through the Website is an offer by you to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

The order process involves the following steps:

  1. You select your products and proceed to checkout.
  2. You provide the required information and confirm your order by selecting "Pay Now" or the equivalent button.
  3. You receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). This email acknowledges that your order has been received but does not constitute acceptance.
  4. The contract between you and the Company is formed only once the Company sends you a separate email confirming that your order has been dispatched ("Shipping Confirmation").

The contract relates only to those products listed in the Shipping Confirmation. Any other items in the same order are not part of the contract until they are confirmed in a separate Shipping Confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or where the Company believes the order has been placed for purposes of commercial resale. Where an order is cancelled and payment has already been taken, the full amount will be refunded promptly.

E. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Greek rate. Shipping costs, are calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Accepted payment methods on the Website include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods enabled at checkout. Payments are processed in the secure environments of certified payment providers; the Company does not store your full card details.

By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the funds are sufficient to cover the order. Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or interbank fees that may arise are your responsibility.

The Company does not offer tax-exempt purchases.

F. Shipping and Delivery

The Company currently ships within Greece only, as stated in Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Risk of loss and title in the products pass to you upon delivery to the address you have specified. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address; the Company is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Full details, including procedures for failed deliveries and lost packages, are set out in the Shipping Policy.

G. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

Under Article 3e of Greek Law 2251/1994 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Company of your decision by sending an email to aylo.concept@outlook.com before the 14-day period expires. Once your withdrawal request is accepted, you will receive return instructions.

For a return to be accepted, products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping

Your first return per order is free of charge: the Company covers the cost of return shipping within Greece via the courier specified in the return instructions. Any subsequent return from the same order is at your own expense.

Refunds

Once the Company has received and inspected the returned products, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Bank or card-issuer processing times may add further delay. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact aylo.concept@outlook.com.

The original shipping cost is refunded together with the refund of the products, unless only some of the products in your order are being returned.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products produced to your specifications;
  • Products that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return, in accordance with Article 3i(c) of Law 2251/1994;
  • Sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons.

These categories are clearly identified on the relevant product pages where applicable.

For full details, please refer to the [Refund Policy].

H. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order on arrival. If any product is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact the Company at aylo.concept@outlook.com as soon as reasonably possible, including your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where relevant.

The Company will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

I. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests must be received by email at aylo.concept@outlook.com as quickly as possible. The Company will accommodate cancellation requests where the order has not yet been dispatched, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered the dispatch process.

If your order has already shipped, please follow the return procedure once you have received it.

J. User Accounts and Newsletter

Some Website features may require you to create a user account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

The Company may suspend or close accounts that are used in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or that show signs of fraudulent activity.

If you opt in to receive the aylo concept newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email or by contacting aylo.concept@outlook.com.

K. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including without limitation the aylo concept name and logo, product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, graphics, video, and the structure and arrangement of the Website itself — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Greek, European Union, and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and its content for your own non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Website without the Company's prior written consent.

The aylo concept name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without written permission.

L. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
  • Place fraudulent, abusive, or speculative orders;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website's normal operation, including by overloading the server or transmitting malicious code;
  • Use automated tools (including scrapers, bots, or AI agents) to access, harvest, or extract content from the Website without prior written permission;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity;
  • Upload, transmit, or post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes the rights of third parties;
  • Use the Website or its content for commercial resale, advertising, or promotional purposes without the Company's prior written consent.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for any user who breaches these Terms or applicable law.

M. Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." The Company does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, and disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company accepts unlimited liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and for damage to life, body, or health caused by its negligence. For other forms of liability arising from ordinary negligence, the Company's responsibility is limited to foreseeable damages typical to contracts of this kind, and only insofar as the breach concerns an essential contractual obligation.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Company's liability where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful under Greek or European Union law, including in respect of the Company's obligations to consumers under Law 2251/1994 and applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, customs delays, or interruption of telecommunications networks.

N. Linked Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site, and does not endorse them. Any access to such third-party sites is at your own risk.

O. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates take effect from the moment they are posted on the Website. The Terms in force at the time you place an order are those that govern that order.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

P. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use, and any contract for the sale of products entered into through the Website, are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute between you and the Company arising from or relating to these Terms or such contracts is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

The above is without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of habitual residence within the European Union.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you wish to resolve a dispute amicably and without recourse to the courts, you may contact:

Q. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
