Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping within Greece We currently ship within Greece only, via Geniki Taxidromiki or BOX NOW. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping price is calculated on the checkout page. Shipping free for orders over €75. 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Address & Failed Deliveries Please double-check your shipping address at checkout as we're not able to reroute packages once dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we'll try to contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost or Delayed Packages Once handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control, but we're happy to help you track anything down. If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll investigate.
