Refund policy
Returns We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at aylo.concept@outlook.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you the instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Your first return is on us! We'll cover the return shipping cost within Greece. For any subsequent returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is always on us.
Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing can take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at aylo.concept@outlook.com.
